Error calling the API endpoint

when I use http api,such an error is occasionally reported:
level=error msg=“Error calling the API endpoint: Put “https://api.pagerduty.com/services/xxxx”: EOF” source=“formutil/formutil.go:50”

This often happens：
"HTTP response failed with status code 500, message: An internal error has occurred. PagerDuty administrators have been notified. (code: 2000)
